Ayurvedic Curry Powder #2

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp brown mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cardamom seeds
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 whole cloves
1/2 tsp fennel seeds

Directions:
1. Take all seeds and dry roast in a pan until fragrant.

2. Crush seeds in mortar and pestle or in a spice grinder.

3. Add crushed seeds to powder spices and mix well.

4. Store in a spice jar.
